You will support growth through the Total Member Connect process while maintaining integrity and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong computer skills and product knowledge.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems.

Mansioni

• Provide superior member service in-branch and on the window or ITM.
• Process membership and loan applications and resolve account issues.
• Maintain security and protect member information.
• Cross-sell products using the TMC process to meet member needs.
