PFFCU is hiring an entry-level Member Service Specialist I in Wyncote, PA. You will provide superior member service, process applications, and assist with branch responsibilities while using product knowledge and the Total Member Connect process to promote financial well-being for members.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service with sales/production goals preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and customer-service orientation.
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver superior member service by treating members with respect and professionalism.
• Process membership and loan applications and resolve account issues.
• Handle window/ITM cash-related responsibilities and maintain security of member information.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products using the Total Member Connect (TMC) process.
• Support branch staffing and provide flexible assistance as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and professional image.
