Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Be knowledgeable about HawaiiUSA tools, products, and services to answer questions.
• Proactively engage members to understand their financial needs.
• Use sales techniques to develop member relationships during transactions.
• Support branch goals for sales growth.
• Generate cross-sell referrals with internal/external partners.
• Suggest online, mobile, and digital options to members.
• Assist with daily branch operations.
• Promote HawaiiUSA and participate in community events.
• Stay current on HawaiiUSA policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with regulations including BSA training.
• Resolve member concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
