Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Associate I to help members achieve their financial goals through account service, new accounts, and lending support.

You will engage members, identify needs, and recommend products while maintaining accurate records and complying with policies and regulations. This position supports branch operations and focuses on service excellence and community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Financial Services or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of member services and products.
• Understanding of loan services, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with related legal and regulatory standards and loan documentation.
• Ability to operate computer applications and business equipment including 10-key calculations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and build trusted relationships.
• Open and service deposit accounts and assist with lending solutions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services.
• Resolve member issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Support branch performance and member satisfaction goals.
