Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service with sales/production goals preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving and exceptional member service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems (Word/Excel/Outlook, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver superior member service and build trusting relationships in the branch.
• Process membership and loan applications and resolve account issues.
• Protect member information and maintain security.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products using the Total Member Connect process.
• Utilize resources to handle inquiries efficiently and ensure completion.
• Maintain branch staffing and present a professional image.
• Maintain neat workspace and support dual control processes.
• Assist in ITMs, Service Window, or Sales Desk as needed.
