Capital Credit Union is seeking a branch Teller to assist members with daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfer requests. The role supports loan and account-related transactions, while promoting Credit Union products and services.

This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment. Training and regulatory compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed instructions and memos.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and be listed on the SAFE Act registry.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal, word processing, email, and adding machine.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with transactional needs in person and over the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and related tasks.
• Assist with stop payments, account research, ACH, wires, and account maintenance.
