Nuvision Credit Union is seeking a skilled Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver exceptional member service across phones, email, and web channels. You will process deposits and withdrawals, review accounts, and support online banking while aiming to exceed service standards.

The role emphasizes the member experience, confidentiality, and collaboration with teams to build strong relationships with members and the organization as a whole.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel), remote signing and ability to work and operate a webcam
• Excellent follow up
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs
• Excellent Written skills (Email) – Grammar and Spelling
• Member service and organizational skills
• Work well with other departments – Team player
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and have an empathetic and caring nature
• Willingness to make a difference
• Personable and professional

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to membership via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
• Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions, follow up on transactions.
• Recommend other products and services from conversations that matter with members.
• Open new member accounts and process related forms.
• Perform account maintenance and changes as needed.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
