• 1 year retail experience with service/sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent member service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient member service via phone, email, and web channels.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance.
• Open new member accounts and complete required forms.
• Assist with online banking support and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain schedule adherence and cross-sell goals.
