Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver friendly, accurate service by phone, email, and web channels. You will handle deposits and withdrawals, review accounts, process loan payments, and provide basic online banking support.

The role emphasizes the member experience, cross-sell goals, and professional conduct. A minimum of 1 year of retail experience and a high school diploma are required; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting/exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel).
• Member service and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter.

Responsibilities

• Opening all new Member Accounts and completing required forms.
• Perform account maintenance such as changes of address, name changes, beneficiaries, etc.
• Review account information, process deposits/withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provide basic online banking support and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud.
• Maintain compliance with training and security requirements.
