Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Member Service Representative / Teller at our Southeast Branch in Houston, TX. You will serve as a primary contact for members, handle deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing, and support cash machine operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of teller or service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Open and service consumer and business accounts.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawers and support ATM/cash recycler operations.
• Follow BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC, and privacy regulations.
• Intercross-sell products to meet branch goals.
• Assist with branch operations and audits.
