Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable member service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Open and service consumer, business, and IRA accounts; process changes.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing; balance drawers.
• Support audits, vault duties, cash ordering, and branch operations.
• Follow BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC, and privacy regulations; identify suspicious activity.
• Interview loan applicants, gather docs, and communicate decisions; open IRAs.
