Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to deliver front-line service, open accounts, and provide basic loan information. The role includes interviewing members, proposing financial solutions, and performing Teller I duties about half the time.

The MSR II supports building fully engaged financial relationships with members, leveraging product knowledge to educate and upsell when appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to accurately count cash and handle transactions.
• Demonstrated sales mindset with ability to educate members about products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality front-line member service to open accounts and provide basic loan information.
• Interview members to obtain information and propose financial solutions.
• Perform Teller I duties approximately 50% of the time.
• Support efforts to create fully engaged financial relationships with members.
