Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative II to deliver high-quality front-line service. You will open accounts, maintain memberships, and provide basic loan information while supporting a broad range of teller duties.

Responsibilities include greeting members, educating about products, resolving issues, and fostering fully engaged member relationships in line with our business strategy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to accurately count, handle cash and compute figures.
• Strong problem-solving and member-facing skills.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver quality member service.
• Promote the credit union and its products to members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with courteous, professional service.
• Educate members on credit union products and services.
• Identify member needs and recommend solutions and products.
• Follow LCCU service model in interactions with members.
• Promote deposit products based on identified needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services.
