Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2 years of related/office experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, handle cash, calculate figures and amounts.
• Aptitude for building relationships, quality member service and sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, bilingual abilities helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with courteous, professional service.
• Perform cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals with accuracy.
• Educate members on products and services; suggest appropriate options.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records; handle transactions per policy.
• Assist in training other tellers and support branch operations.
