Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to deliver quality, front-line service, open and maintain accounts, and provide basic loan information. The role blends sales, service, and advisory duties to build fully engaged financial relationships with members.

The MSR II performs Teller I duties about half the time, educates members on products, and supports processing ITIN applications while upholding credit union policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years’ related/office experience preferred.
• Ability to count cash, calculate figures, and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise members and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line service, open accounts, and offer financial solutions.
• Perform Teller I duties approximately 50% of the time and assist with member requests.
• Educate members on credit union products and services to foster relationships.
• Process ITIN applications and maintain accurate member records.
• Maintain policy procedures and participate in community events.
