Job summary

Community First Credit Union of Florida is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative (MSR I) for the Northside location. The role focuses on engaging members, opening accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand relationships through cross-selling of products and services.

You will interview members, verify identifications, process loan applications, and assist with online banking enrollment while delivering quality service, meeting sales goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related banking or financial services experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage and advise members.

Responsibilities

• Open new products and services while verifying identification and processing loans.
• Maintain and update member accounts and information.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Interview members to identify suitable products and services.
• Continuously expand knowledge to answer member questions and resolve issues.
• Make outbound calls to onboard members and grow relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.
