Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to serve members in person, by phone, and online, delivering friendly financial guidance and personal service. You'll help with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account changes while presenting suitable products and services.

You'll also assist with loan applications, gather required documents, and provide status updates, helping members understand loan terms. Occasional travel within the footprint may be required.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and online tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain financial products clearly.
• Multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist members in-person, over the phone, and online with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes.
• Help members open accounts and cross-sell products to meet financial needs.
• Assist with loan applications, collect docs, and provide updates on loan status; originate and close loans.
• Address member inquiries with empathy while adhering to compliance and risk controls.
