Job summary

United Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Advisor to strengthen member relationships and drive sales of loans, deposits, and other financial products. You will respond to member requests, provide solutions based on lending guidelines, and support colleagues with product information.

The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), at least two years in a sales role, and an active NMLS license upon hire. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver Credit Union loan, deposit, investment, business, electronic and convenience products and services; gather information to complete loan applications and submit recommendations.
• Act as primary source of product information and service support for members and staff inquiries; maintain high knowledge of products and services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
• Participate in training and team development to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Perform teller functions as needed.
