Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to be on the front lines of member service, helping with deposits, loans, and accounts. You will cross-sell products, assist with loan origination, and ensure a smooth member experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a key team member, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, educate members on financial products, and manage a growing book of business while achieving sales and service goals in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members in person, over the phone, and online.
• Assist members with opening accounts and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Help members complete loan applications, collect documents, and provide status updates.
