Job summary

Navigant Credit Union seeks a Member Relationship Advisor I to deliver outstanding service to members across in-person, phone, and online channels. You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and open new accounts.

You’ll assist with loan applications, documentation, and status updates, and ensure compliance and risk controls are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain financial products clearly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic banking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in-person, over the phone, and online with transactions and inquiries.
• Cross-sell products and services based on member needs.
• Assist with loan processing, documentation, and updates on loan status.
• Answer member questions with empathy while adhering to compliance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deepen member relationships and meet goals.
