Navigant Credit Union is hiring a Member Relationship Advisor I to help members with deposits, loans, and everyday banking needs. You will serve in person, by phone, and online while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

You’ll cross-sell checking, savings, IRAs, and loan products, assist with loan applications, and ensure compliance with BSA and related controls. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, plus willingness to travel within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; banking software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, and online.
• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and address changes.
• Cross-sell products and advise on accounts and lending options.
• Assist with loan applications, collect documentation, and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, SAFE Act, and related controls.
• Collaborate with branch team to grow member relationships and meet goals.
