Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union invites a Relationship Advisor to deliver exceptional member service and build lasting relationships. You will understand Members' financial needs, offer personalized guidance, and process a variety of transactions with accuracy.

Open new accounts, promote credit union products, and support branch goals while complying with all policies and security protocols. A high school diploma and cash-handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Experience with handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn financial products and provide guidance to Members.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and proactively engage Members to identify needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other account maintenance tasks with accuracy.
• Open new consumer, fiduciary, and business accounts and related shares (IRA, CDs).
• Recommend suitable credit union products and services and support branch sales goals.
• Maintain records, resolve member concerns, and adhere to BSA and CU policies.
