Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Experience with handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to all Members and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Accurately process financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, ensuring compliance.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through active promotion of products.
