Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union in the Kansas City area seeks a Relationship Advisor – Personal Banker to deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll identify financial needs, offer personalized solutions, process transactions, and help members navigate digital banking tools.

The role emphasizes relationship building, collaboration with teammates, and a positive, member-focused environment. Minimum HS diploma and 1 year cash handling and sales/advising experience required.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience.
• 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
• 1 year of customer service in hospitality or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
• Assist Members with consumer loans and dispute documentation.
• Educate Members on digital banking tools, products, and services.
• Collaborate with Team Members to support branch goals and create a positive, Member-focused environment.
