Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union in Kansas City, MO seeks a Relationship Advisor to deliver exceptional member service and foster lasting relationships. You will understand Members' financial needs and offer personalized guidance, promoting credit union products and services while supporting branch sales goals.

You will handle a variety of transactions, open accounts, and contribute to a positive member experience in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate has minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
• Successful track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships with customers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to explain financial options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and build strong relationships with Members.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other financial transactions accurately.
• Open and maintain consumer, fiduciary and business accounts, including IRAs and certificates.
• Recommend suitable credit union products and services to Members.
• Work toward individual and team sales and production goals while following policy.
