Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor in Raymore, MO to deliver exceptional member service and foster strong relationships. You will understand each member’s needs, provide personalized guidance, and promote Mazuma’s financial products and services.

The role involves processing transactions, opening accounts, and supporting branch sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures. Minimum 1 year in customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Experience with handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and build lasting relationships with Mazuma members.
• Process a variety of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Open accounts (consumer, fiduciary, business) and assist with deposits, loans, and other products.
• Identify and recommend appropriate Mazuma products and services to meet member needs.
• Support branch sales goals and participate in campaigns and promotions.
