Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor - Personal Banker in Gladstone, MO to build trusted relationships with Members and provide personalized financial solutions. This role emphasizes education, guidance, and a high level of service in daily banking interactions.

You will help Members open and maintain accounts, assist with loans, and promote digital banking tools, contributing to a positive branch culture and strong member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or advising experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service in hospitality or financial institution.
• Demonstrated ability in lieu of experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to Members by identifying financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Open, service, and maintain personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
• Assist Members with consumer loans and dispute documentation.
• Educate Members on digital tools and services to support their goals.
