Mazuma Credit Union in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver exceptional member service and build lasting financial relationships with Members. This role focuses on understanding each Member’s financial needs, recommending credit union products, processing deposits, withdrawals and account maintenance, and helping achieve branch sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in customer service and a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cash handling and transaction accuracy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Member Service and Engagement: greet Members, listen to needs, offer personalized recommendations.
• Transaction Processing and Account Maintenance: handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and maintenance with accuracy.
• Account Opening: assist in opening consumer, fiduciary, and business accounts and various shares/IRAs.
• Product Knowledge and Professional Development: stay updated on Mazuma products and promotions; participate in training.
• Sales Goals and Campaign Participation: contribute to hitting branch sales and production targets.
