Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver outstanding member service and foster strong, lasting relationships at our Missouri location. You will understand members' financial needs, offer personalized guidance, and promote suitable products and services.

You will process a range of transactions, open accounts, and support branch sales targets while maintaining strict compliance with BSA and credit union policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and build lasting relationships with Members.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and funds transfers with accuracy.
• Open new accounts and assist with opening shares (savings, checking, CDs, IRA).
• Identify and promote Mazuma products and services to meet member goals.
• Support branch sales/production goals and adhere to policies and security protocols.
