Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Member Specialist to support growth, service goals, and profitability in Field Sales within a Branch. You will assist insureds and members with memberships and insurance, provide service for walk-in and phone customers, and help in generating insurance leads.

The role involves handling routine and complex transactions, maintaining positive relationships with staff, and supporting management and sales teams. Licensing requirements are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty/Solicitors License required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; provide service and information about memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and phone members seeking insurance services; sell memberships and assist in insurance sales; process changes to policies; verify coverage; provide binders and perform administrative duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively with staff and maintain good relationships with management.
• Provide service support for management, sales and life agents; engage in cross selling opportunities.
• Resolve member and insured-related problems using discretion; escalate when needed.
• Handle routine to complex transactions and basic complaints; refer complex issues to higher level.
