Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales and Service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Notary or NMLS preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, manage lobby flow, and provide courteous, professional support.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with accuracy.
• Identify member financial needs and submit referrals for their wellbeing.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to complete transactions and teach self‑service.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
