Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the branch and manage lobby flow with courteous, professional support.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in consultative conversations to identify needs and provide basic financial guidance.
• Promote digital tools and CRM use to complete transactions and encourage self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals and ongoing development.
• Other duties as assigned.
