• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and account servicing accurately.
• Identify member needs through consultative discussions and submit referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM systems to aid self-service.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
