Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members to the branch and providing courteous, professional support.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Identify member needs through consultative conversations and submit referrals to support financial wellbeing.
• Promote self-service options and assist members with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals and team development.
