OnPath Credit Union is seeking a Financial Advocate to build relationships with members and deliver personalized financial solutions. You will process transactions, promote products, and help members achieve financial success in a fast-paced branch environment.

Ideal candidates have up to 6 months of related experience in sales or customer service, and a high school diploma or GED. The role offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• High school education or GED is required.
• Ability to learn and use database software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Conduct consultative conversations to cross-sell products and services.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet referral and sales goals.
• Maintain cash integrity and support branch operations and security.
