You will conduct deposits and transactions, promote credit union products, and collaborate with branches to support community growth.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Conduct consultative conversations to cross-sell products (checking, loans, credit cards, refinances, etc.).
• Promote and explain credit union products and services to meet referral and sales goals.
• Maintain accuracy, cash integrity, and confidentiality; support branch operations.
