Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities to help members achieve financial success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales and cross-sell aptitude.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and maintain cash integrity.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists every member with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Cross-sell checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards, and refer mortgage and commercial loans to the appropriate departments.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Promote and explain credit union products and services and meet referral and sales goals.
• Maintain cash drawers and support branch operations.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings; adhere to policies.
• Protect member confidentiality and report suspicious activity.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
