OnPath FCU is hiring a Financial Advocate to deliver exceptional member service and identify opportunities to improve members' finances. You will process routine transactions, provide product recommendations, and help members choose the right accounts and loans.

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• High school education or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Conduct consultative conversations to cross-sell products like checking, loans, credit cards, and refinances.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other transactions accurately.
• Explain credit union products and services and help members meet financial goals.
• Understand and interpret credit reports to offer suitable solutions.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to policies and security procedures.
• Build rapport and expand relationships with members locally and in the community.
