OnPath FCU is seeking a Financial Advocate to deliver exceptional member service, process routine transactions, and advise on products to improve members' financial health. The role emphasizes cross-selling and meeting referral goals in a fast-paced branch environment.

The incumbent will build rapport with members, stay informed on product offerings, and support branch operations while upholding OnPath’s values and service standards for a 90,000+ member base.

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• High school education or GED.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Cross-sell checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards, and referrals.
• Understand and interpret credit reports to offer best solutions for members.
• Maintain cash integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
