OnPath Credit Union is hiring a Financial Advocate to deliver exceptional member service, assess member needs, and recommend suitable financial products. You will handle routine transactions, promote credit union services, and help members improve their financial health in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

You will collaborate with colleagues, stay informed about OnPath’s offerings, and strive to meet referral and sales goals while upholding the credit union’s values and security

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other transactions.
• Cross-sell products such as checking accounts, personal/auto loans, credit cards, mortgages.
