Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and computer skills. This position emphasizes privacy, accuracy in records, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Must be able to work remotely in compliance with Telecommuting & Remote Access Standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle member service calls promptly and courteously.
• Resolve questions and problems regarding accounts, orders, payments, products, and services.
• Cross-sell products and services and support all Contact Center functions.
• Maintain reports, records, and files accurately.
• Uphold confidentiality and provide high levels of customer service.
