Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of related experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• High school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service with genuine and positive interactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell products and refer loans to appropriate departments.
• Promote and explain credit union products and services to members.
• Assist with branch operations and maintain a professional work area.
