Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions; cross-sell products.
• Cross-sell opportunities such as checking accounts, loans, and credit products.
• Understand credit reports to offer suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain cash drawers, perform basic branch operations, and support teammates.
