OnPath Credit Union in Hammond, LA is seeking a Financial Advocate who will build relationships with members, assess needs, and present tailored financial solutions. You will process routine transactions, maintain accuracy, and promote credit union products to support members' financial growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to cross-sell financial products.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other transactions accurately.
• Conduct consultative conversations to cross-sell checking accounts, loans, credit cards and other products.
• Promote and refer mortgage and commercial loans to appropriate departments.
• Meet or exceed referral and sales goals set by the branch.
• Maintain knowledge of OnPath’s products to provide right recommendations at the right time.
• Support branch operations and assist with opening/closing procedures.
