Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage members and build trust.
• Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of credit union systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Problem solve and make decisions relevant to the role and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment that supports meaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
• Develops and deepens member relationships by uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and using peak offerings.
• Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving to improve financial confidence and expand relationships.
• Executes cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing with precision.
• Manages account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance accurately.
• Cultivates long-term member relationships through follow-up and relationship management across channels.
• Supports branch leadership with escalations, coaching moments, and branch-wide sales initiatives.
