Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience interacting with customers and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and engages members, manages branch traffic to minimize wait times and ensure a positive member experience.
• Promotes credit union products by identifying, referring, and originating products to meet member needs, meeting referral targets.
• Processes member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accurate records.
• Responds to member inquiries with professionalism; follows up to ensure full resolution; identifies sales opportunities.
• Makes outbound calls to members to support outreach and relationship-building.
• Performs wire transfers and complex transactions in compliance with policies.
