Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience interacting with customers and handling cash.
• Bilingual skills preferred to assist members in multiple languages.
• Ability to promote products and meet referral targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and engages members, managing branch traffic to minimize wait times.
• Promotes and refers credit union products to meet member needs and close sales.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accurate records.
• Responds professionally to inquiries and follows up for full resolution.
• Balances cash drawer and supports branch operations as needed.
