Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience interacting with customers and handling cash, or an equivalent combination of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and engages members, managing branch traffic and reducing wait times to deliver a positive experience.
• Promotes credit union products by discovering needs and meeting referral sales targets.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments with accurate records and clear notes.
