Pay Range:

The target hourly pay range for this position is $20.56 - $23.37. The full hourly pay range is $18.70 - $28.04.

• We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.
• Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

What You’ll Do:

• Engages members warmly and professionally, creating an environment that supportsmeaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
• Develops and deepens member relationships by confidently uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and originating or referring products across the full suite of Peak offerings, including consumer loans, specialty accounts, protection products, and advanced digital tools.Consistently meets or exceeds assigned sales and production goals, demonstrating strongconsultative selling, follow-through, and closing skills.
• Provides advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem-solving, ensuring eachinteraction results in improved financial confidence and expanded relationship opportunities,not only resolving concerns but actively identifying ways to add value and grow the memberrelationship.
• Ensures precise execution of cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
• Executes complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and accountmaintenance with accuracy and care, while positioning complementary products that alignwith member goals and long-term financial well-being.
• Cultivates long-term member relationships through repeated follow-up, outreach, andintentional relationship management, ensuring members feel seen, supported, and guidedtoward responsible financial decisions.
• Provides expert support in designated areas such as consumer lending, account portfoliogrowth, or business development, leveraging sales acumen and product expertise to advancebranch performance.
• Maintains accurate notes on all interactions, applications, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care, support sales tracking, and enable relationship-building across multiple channels.
• Partners with branch leadership to support escalations, team coaching moments, cross training, and branch-wide sales initiatives, helping elevate overall sales culture andperformance.
• Demonstrates professionalism through ongoing skill development, active participation in training and promotional initiatives, and engagement in community events, continuouslybuilding sales capability and product mastery to support personal and branch success.
• All other duties as assigned.

When You'll Be Working:

• Monday- Friday: 8:45am - 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays: 9:15am - 1:45pm.
• Full-time, 40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.

• Includes an option for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to be paid at a 100% by company for the employee only coverage.
• We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions, and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA).
• Employees also have access to Life and AD&D insurance.
• Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan.
• Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis.
• Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
