Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of experience interacting with customers and handling cash.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for serving members' financial needs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and manage branch traffic to minimize wait times and foster trust.
• Identify, refer and promote credit union products to meet member needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments with accuracy.
• Resolve inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to support outreach and relationship building.
• Perform wire transfers and complex transactions per policies.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault duties as needed.
• Record detailed notes of interactions to support follow-up.
• Learn new systems and maintain compliance; support sales skills development.
• Support branch operations across locations and other duties as assigned.
